Scheduled for this week’s episode of MLW FUSION is Richard Holliday versus Savio Vega in a Caribbean Strap match for the Caribbean Heavyweight Championship. Adding on to the number of title defenses on the program is Laredo Kid putting the AAA World Cruiserweight Championship on the line against Zenshi.

Laredo Kid last wrestled for Major League Wrestling in December of 2020 in the opening round of the Opera Cup tournament against ACH. Prior to that, it was in March of 2020 which was the joint-show between AAA and MLW. It was at that event that Laredo challenged Hammerstone for the National Openweight Title.
Also in December, Laredo challenged Kenny Omega for the AAA Mega Championship at Triplemania XXVIII.
