Adam Cole made the media rounds ahead of AEW: All Access.

On the 3/29 AEW Dynamite, Adam Cole headlined the program in a singles match against Daniel Garcia. It was Cole’s first match since AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door where he suffered a concussion in the main event.

Cole’s recovery from injury and the support he received from his significant other, Britt Baker, was documented throughout the debut of the reality series, AEW: All Access on TBS.

To promote the debut of the series, was one of the outlets Cole chatted with during his media tour and he was asked about The Undisputed Elite (Adam Cole, Kyle O’Reilly & Bobby Fish) versus The Elite plans that kicked off in the summer of 2022 but were not followed up on due to O’Reilly and Cole’s injuries in addition to Bobby Fish departing the company.

I think so (those Undisputed Elite vs. The Elite plans have been scrapped). It’s one of those situations where, obviously, wrestling is dangerous and things change all the time. There may have been a couple of ideas as far as where we were going months and months ago. We thought, okay, this recovery process is going to be a little bit quicker. But as time went on and we learned how serious this injury was, obviously things had to pivot and change as well. That’s kind of the way wrestling is where things change often and you just kind of have to roll with the punches. We definitely had at least a couple of ideas back then but things have changed now. But it doesn’t mean that we won’t play into that down the line.

Elsewhere in the conversation, Cole spoke highly of Jay White and called him one of the best wrestlers in the world. A singles match with Jay is something that intrigues Cole.

Talking about people that I think the world of, Jay White is one of the best professional wrestlers on the planet for sure. There’s absolutely some unfinished business there. Getting back to a match, even a one-on-one match with Jay White is something I’m incredibly interested in.

During a backstage segment on the 3/29 AEW Dynamite, Hangman Adam Page confirmed that Matt Jackson is dealing with a partially torn bicep
