After a sold-out event at the Wintrust Arena in Chicago, AEW announced its return to the venue for a Dynamite and Rampage taping in early 2022.

After the Rampage tapings on Wednesday night, AEW president Tony Khan and CM Punk addressed the crowd and announced a return to the arena on Wednesday, February 2nd.

Tickets for the next show will on sale this Saturday.

In August, the company ran the United Center for a live episode of Rampage featuring the debut of CM Punk. Two weeks later, they ran the Sears Centre in Hoffman Estates three times in five nights with Dynamite, Rampage, and the All Out pay-per-view.

AEW has established the market as its home base including running it annually on Thanksgiving Eve.

The Wintrust Arena was also the host venue for the Revolution pay-per-view in February 2020.

As just announced to the live crowd in Chicago by @AEW GM @TonyKhan & The Best in the World @CMPunk, #AEW returns to @WintrustArena February 2nd for #AEWDynamite / #AEWRampage! Tickets make great holiday gifts and go on sale THIS SAT (11/27) at 10 am CT – https://t.co/UN1cNiJJrQ pic.twitter.com/O1prsmoOsx
