Just something to pay attention to, Ohio State Buckeyes College Football have a game on FS1 Friday night. My guess is Smackdown Fox, MLB on FS1,and the Football game gets moved to Big Ten Network
MLB game 5 would do a big rating. So would Ohio State. This is going to be the first test as to how Fox feels about the numbers SD has done. Both those would do more than the 3mil SD did last week
Even though it would likely do the lowest number in the ratings of those three, leaving SmackDown on Fox might still be the smart option. Baseball fans will find the baseball game one way or another, and you’d better believe that Ohio State fans will find a way to watch the Buckeyes. Wrestling fans are the only ones who they might lose because of the channel switch. Especially because WWE fans are less likely to have a cable sports package than big-time baseball or college football fans, because they don’t necessarily watch a ton of sports.
Would make a statement from Fox that Smackdown “owns” Friday night… until the World Series, of course.

Yes.
Ohio State is a national title contender and has a massive national fan base. There are half a dozen teams like this that draw no matter who they play and there are no other CFB games on a Friday to compete.
It will be put on tvs in every sports bar. (Along with the baseball)

In Canada the NFL is huge but unless you are in Windsor and follow the Wolverines I find college football is largely ignored up here for some reason
