The lineup for this week’s episode of NJPW STRONG has been announced.

Josh Alexander, the reigning IMPACT Wrestling X Division Champion is back on the program following his debut victory over Alex Coughlin. In his second match, Alexander is taking on Rocky Romero.

The 7/9 STRONG will also feature the return of PJ Black. He’ll be in action against Alex Coughlin. PJ last competed on STRONG in December. He returned to the ring for Ring of Honor in June. He had been out of action with a compound fracture in his left ankle. The injury occurred while practicing for a world record stunt and his bone broke through the skin. PJ had 13 screws and two metal plates inserted into his ankle and was advised to not put any weight on it for seven weeks.

Kicking off the show is The DKC versus Barrett Brown.
