Bianca Belair declared for the 2024 women’s Royal Rumble match on Friday’s episode of SmackDown.
She will join Bayley, Becky Lynch and Nia Jax in the over-the-top battle royal. Additionally, Belair will face Bayley in a singles match on the January 12th edition of SmackDown.
Belair is a past winner of the women’s Royal Rumble match, having been victorious in 2021 and going on to successfully challenge Sasha Banks for the SmackDown Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 37.
Elsewhere, Bobby Lashley declared himself an entrant in the men’s Royal Rumble match. He joins Cody Rhodes, CM Punk and Shinsuke Nakamura as the known competitors for that match on the January 27th PLE.
Next week’s episode of SmackDown will also feature a singles match between Cameron Grimes and Grayson Waller, as well as Joaquin Wilde & Cruz Del Toro vs. Angel Garza & Humberto Carrillo.
