Jake Something recalls Bobby Lashley going to bat for him.
The IMPACT X Division Championship is going to be on the line at Sacrifice on 3/5 when Jake Something challenges the current champion Trey Miguel.
Jake first began working with IMPACT in 2017 and his first match in the company was against former 4-time IMPACT World Heavyweight Champion Bobby Lashley. After their match, Lashley took Jake around the backstage area and repeatedly told people in IMPACT that they should be signing Jake. The current IMPACT talent told this story while on Tommy Dreamer’s House of Hardcore Podcast.
