A Casino Battle Royale will determine who faces Jon Moxley on tonight’s edition of AEW Dynamite.
Tony Khan appeared on Busted Open Radio and clarified that the battle royal advertised for tonight’s show will be a Casino Battle Royale – which features four groups of five entering at intervals and a mystery ‘Joker’ entrant as the 21st and final entrant.
No participants have been announced yet for the match. The winner will face Jon Moxley later in the show and that winner goes to Forbidden Door to wrestle for the interim AEW Championship.
A separate match between Hiroshi Tanahashi and Hirooki Goto takes place at New Japan’s Dominion card in Osaka this Sunday and be the opponent at Forbidden Door.
Khan also stated on the radio appearance that PAC will face Buddy Matthews tonight at the Cable Dahmer Arena in Independence, Missouri.
