John Cena congratulated by his colleagues.

Former 16-time WWE World Champion John Cena made his return to WWE for tonight’s Monday Night Raw for his 20-year anniversary celebration.

Throughout the show, those who have spent time in WWE with Cena sent in congratulatory messages and three of those individuals are signed to All Elite Wrestling; Bryan Danielson, Chris Jericho and Paul Wight.

Jericho competed in the opener of AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door and his team secured the Blood & Guts advantage for this Wednesday’s Dynamite. Bryan Danielson was going to be taking on Zack Sabre Jr. at the event, but replacing him in that match was Claudio Castagnoli, the former ‘Cesaro’.
