Kenny Omega’s IMPACT World Title reign comes to an end.
The debut episode of AEW Rampage on TNT kicked off with Kenny Omega defending the IMPACT World Championship against Christian Cage. Towards the conclusion of the match, Omega low-blowed Christian and signaled for The Young Bucks to come out and bring him a chair.
As Omega attempted to hit the ‘One Winged Angel’ onto Christian through the chair, Christian reversed it and executed his ‘Unprettier’ finisher to become the new IMPACT World Champion.

Cage and Omega are scheduled to compete at All Out on September 5th for the AEW World Championship. This is Christian’s third time winning a title under the IMPACT/TNA banner as he is formerly a two-time NWA World Heavyweight Champion.
