Bandido joined CMLL in 2019 and had been working with the company since then. In late 2018, he signed a deal with Ring of Honor and this past January, Bandido re-signed with ROH. He competed at their 19th Anniversary pay-per-view in two separate matches and the second bout saw Bandido, Flamita and Rey Horus compete in a three way.

Bandido is in his early 20s and was a regular for PWG and is the promotion’s current world champion. In 2019, he participated in the Best of the Super Juniors tournament and the year prior, he was a part of the ALL IN main event.
