With the hardest-working man in podcasting is on vacation, Wai Ting, I am holding down the fort at the POST Office.

This week, we have a bunch of interesting shows planned with a variety of guests. The only variance from the regular schedule is the Café Hangout, which will return on Thursday, March 28th when Wai Ting is back. In its place, we will have a special in-studio interview with our friend Damian Abraham.

I received a lot of positive response to the MMA chat I had with Cody Saftic, so this week joining us in the POST Office is New York Ric of ESPN and The Ariel Helwani MMA Show. We will go through all the news happening this week and look ahead to Saturday’s Fight Night card in Nashville.

Wai Ting will be back this Friday for a new edition of Ask-A-Wai for members of the POST Wrestling Café. You can still submit questions for this month’s mailbag show on the POST Wrestling Forum.

Finally, I’m happy to be joined this week by Garrett Gonzales of the Wrestling Observer site to co-host Rewind-A-Raw with me. Plus, our pal Brian Mann will join me Tuesday night for Rewind-A-SmackDown.

Here is the full week’s schedule of shows:

*Rewind-A-Raw with John Pollock and Garrett Gonzales

*Rewind-A-SmackDown with John Pollock and Brian Mann
*The Double Shot (Patreon) – Pollock is solo and has lots to review

*The British Wrestling Experience with Martin Bushby, Benno, and Jamesie with live reports from OTT’s Scrappermania 5 and wXw’s 16 Carat Gold tournament
*MMA chat with John Pollock and New York Ric

*upNXT with Braden Herrington and Davie Portman
*John Pollock is joined by Damian Abraham live in-studio

*Ask-A-Wai (Patreon)

*NJPW New Japan Cup Final POST Show (Patreon)
