Darby Allin made an appearance at Nitro Circus in Texas this week and provided an update on his injury.

Prior to performing a stunt, Allin informed the crowd that he thinks his shoulder was fractured after his match with Christian Cage at WrestleDream earlier this month.

Allin was seen wearing a sling immediately after the match at the press conference and stated he needed to get it checked out.

Allin appeared at Nitro Circus with his right elbow wrapped up. He said his shoulder might be fractured and has not given it time to heal as he’s been training to climb Mt. Everest.

The AEW performer proceeded to perform the following stunt at the event.

Maybe I’m just getting old, but I don’t enjoy watching Darby. It’s like he grew up watching Mick Foley and Jeff Hardy. but missed the part where one walks like a toddler and has limited short-term memory, and the other is an addict.

Nah Darby is one of the few guys wrestling that style that I like. By far the best dive in the business. He’s like a human cruise missile in there. Dangerous as hell and, yeah, we are probably witnessing a slow descent into paraplegia, but if you’re gonna do that shit you might as well make it look good.

Darby’s improving charisma makes it up for me at least.

I love Darby Allin. His matches can be hard to watch and I don’t think he needs to keep smashing his back into a casket but the guys does much worse outside of the ring…he’s just a little crazy

Darby’s selling can make anyone look devastating but when he faces monsters like Samoa Joe or Brody King he shines big time.
