Great episode.

But with all due respect, I don’t believe MLW goes to discovery.
With closing of the deal, the new TKO Group Holdings will absorb hundreds of millions of dollars of special expenses.

Raine: $65.5 million
J.P. Morgan Chase:$25 million
Moelis: $25 million
"

The total aggregate fees of about 1 per cent of the transaction value to be paid to Raine, JPMorgan and Moelis, is at the high end of the historical range,"

That’s over $100 million just for the Bankers.
That doesn’t include the following:

  • Lawyers and legal billings (including preparation, etc).

*Special payments to WWE Executives (especially Nick Khan, Kevin Dunn, Triple H,etc )

  • Restructuring,Integration,Termination and Severance packages (job cuts + talent & fighter releases would fall in this bucket).

All together you get the “Kitchen Sink Quarter” for TKO (The Merged WWE-UFC):
" It’s a communication technique commonly used by political parties and businesses, although it’s not so well known by the public.

The idea is to release all of your bad news at the same time rather than creating a drip-drip effect over an extended period of time."

Might as well throw in a MLW " STFU Settlement" into TKO’s Kitchen Sink Quarter.
