In April, former NXT talent Deonna Purrazzo was a part of the mass WWE releases/furloughs and just one month after that occurred, a vignette of her’s aired during IMPACT Wrestling’s weekly show on AXS TV. Deonna is still donning the nickname “The Virtuosa” and a number of IMPACT Wrestling talent and on-screen personalities have reacted to the news of her vignette via social media.

Purrazzo’s last match took place in early April on WWE’s RAW brand and fast forward to present day, she is joining IMPACT Wrestling’s Knockouts division which features the likes of Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace, Tasha Steelz, Taya Valkyrie, Tenille Dashwood, Rosemary, Su Yung, Madison Rayne, Kylie Rae, Kiera Hogan and IMPACT World Champion Tessa Blanchard.
Deonna was a part of the NXT brand and NXT talents have a 30-day non-compete clause in their contracts. Upon the news of her release from the company, Purrazzo announced a series that is up on IWTV that’s based around her entitled “Ventures Of The Virtuosa”.
