It’s always great when y’all review some 1990s AJW shows because I know very little about this era and this promotion, but I always enjoy watching these matches.

I loved the main event. Obviously it’s a 5-star match, but I’ve never seen a 2-out-of-3 falls match start that way, but I thought it was great. I was sad to see Manami Toyota’s team lose though, cuz she’s my favourite. Has there ever been a better move–with a better name–than the Ocean Cyclone Suplex??

Fun fact: All Japan Women’s Pro-Wrestling had 19 5-star matches. That’s still one more than WWE, despite the fact that AJW went defunct in 2005.
