Tyler from Orlando,

I thought the gauntlet match that didn’t result in a winner was kind of lame. Great matches between those guys don’t get me wrong, but they could of just declared Andrade the winner due to Carillo not being able to compete. However, with all that being said, I am pretty excited for heel Seth VS. super over Rey Mysterio next week!

Happy New Year! I hope you guys had a good time in Japan. Wait, has 3 weeks passed, or was it just how long Raw felt tonight? The wrestling was decent but everything seemed so pointless. I’m not even sure what’s going to happen with the Gauntlet Match and when Andrade is going to get his title match. Did he technically even win? Honestly, the lone highlights were the Erick Rowan match and the Asuka/Deonna match. I really liked the format in recent weeks with having these squash matches where they had a lot of fresh faces on the show. It also seemed like Vic Joseph was reacting to Jerry Lawler like Gorilla Monsoon was reacting to Art Donovon. 4 out of 10 show, I can’t go lower because everyone seemed to work hard.

Samoa Joe describing the AOP was absolute poetry. I want him to eventually return and win a world title, however he is the life’s blood of this commentary team, tagteam botch or not. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I thought Lana was very good tonight. The crowd was heated & she took it all in. Cool to see New Jersey’s own Deobna Purazzo on RAW. she’s been good for a long time so hopefully she gets an opportunity in NXT. Tozawa recorded his first victory since September 3rd & then proceeded to let ricochet do his full entrance. What a guy. Overall, a decent edition of raw & way better than SmackDown. 6. Question, which show has more quality? RAW or SD?

Brandon from Oshawa

Did they really need to waste 30+ minutes, or however long that gauntlet was, on a no contest? That was so frustrating. Why did they bring in Deonna Purazzo for no reason at all? They couldnt have just had Asuka squash a local talent?

The only thing that stood out was Seth Rollins says they AOP are the first to join him, potentially setting up others. Who do you guys think would fit in with this group?

Nas from NYC (not the rapper)

Watched Raw on a delay as I decide to watch the Irishman on Netflix before. Despite being a very good movie. I can safely say that years and years of watching 3 hour Raws truly helped me through that 3 and a half hour marathon.

Couple of questions:

I) Any chance that Samoe Joe is the one pulling all the strings behind the scenes with the AOP? The way he spoke about them. Practically cut a promo. If we take Rollins’ word for it that he wasn’t working with AOP in week one. Then why did the AOP attack Kevin Owens initially. Or under who’s orders.

II) Any chance they break up Andrade and Zelina and pair him with Charlotte? Would be such a Vince thing to do.

Watching R-truth before the gauntlet match, it struck me… his entire character is post concussion syndrome. The confusion, the trouble with numbers and time… it all makes sense
