I think bringing Brock in is the right call. TV money probably already dictated that he’s more valuable there than on the WWE Network, but with these new contracts it’s a no-brainer. Kofi’s title win was a great Wrestlemania Moment ™ but the reign has been pretty lousy.

I can’t see them doing Bucks/Lucha Brothers again so soon, so which team gets upset in the first round? Or perhaps both?

All I can think after this show, is with the potential of a Daniel Bryan face turn and Brock most likely winning the championship from Kofi, maybe we can finally get Bryan/Lesnar with more than a few days of build. Hopefully leading into Mania next year.

What do you guys think is the endgame for Zayn/Nakamura? Should Sami manage more guys? Will one of them eventually turn on the other? Which one should turn?

Solid opening match, definitely glad it looks like Kingston and Orton are done feuding, but was it me or did Brock Lesnar get little to no pop? I have no idea what to make of the Shane McMahon/Kevin Owens feud. Convoluted. Bayley/Carmella works for me and I enjoyed Gable crashing the CORBOnation. Those guys are getting reactions from the crowd and I’m glad the feud is continuing. Rowan not only sounded good, but he and Harper came off like monster, vicious heels.

Question, I know the rosters are going to be pretty set in stone eventually, but do you see anyone else returning to NXT from the main roster? Perhaps an Apollo Crews or the IICONIC’s? They’ve teased a few things on their social media, but I can’t put a lot of stock in that.

Hey guys, tonight’s Smack Down was an interesting one. On Sunday when I called in, I stated that Kofi needs a fresh feud, and oh my good was I spot on. I said Lesnar would be perfect for Kofi and, even though I see this as a squash, it will be a fun one to watch. Kofi’s title reign has been stale, and if they still want to have Roman with a title, here is their chance. The Rowan promo with Cole was good, and I like how the story of Rowan and such took over the show. To be honest, I don’t like the whole story at the moment of KO, however it could turn into something nice. Chad Gable one again showed that he is over with the corwd, and that he has finally had enough of the short jokes. In the end, the show ended really well, and the destruction of ringside along with the opponents involved had me remembering the Nexus debut. However just like that, this will all be for nothing. Thanks guys. 7/10

This show had a whole hour with no wrestling, I considered turning to a WNBA game that’s how trash this show was. Wow, Brock with another absentee title run, congrats on the lemon Fox. Brock vs Roman at Mania I’m calling it now. No Murphy, Black, or good wrestling after the opener. I feel sorry for the Cruiseerweights following this shit show

I’m starting to think Bryan vs. Roman is never going to happen. Have those plans changed, and if so, when?

An alright Smackdown. I’m really intrigued by the Reigns/Bryan/Bludgeon Brothers angle. Kofi and Brock should be similar to Brock’s matches with AJ and Bryan, which I’m absolutely OK with.

I think Owens and Shane should have the first ever WWE Binding Workplace Mediation match at the first Smackdown on Fox. This type of grounded, realistic storytelling is definitely what Fox is looking for.

I like the fact that Carmella is back in action. Using her real life friendship with Bailey can be really interesting. They are very close.
