Four matches and the return of Cody Rhodes have been announced for next week’s episode of AEW Dynamite.
On Wednesday’s broadcast, the following matches were confirmed for next week’s show that takes place from Washington, D.C. at the Entertainment & Sports Arena:
*Sting & Darby Allin vs. The Acclaimed
*Adam Cole & Dr. Britt Baker vs. Orange Cassidy & Kris Statlander
*CM Punk vs. Shawn Spears
*Serena Deeb vs. Skye Blue
They have also announced that TNT champion Cody Rhodes will return after missing Battle of the Belts this past Saturday. Rhodes announced he was isolating with his wife Brandi Rhodes and posted the following over the weekend:
Brandi and I are in isolation with family that have unfortunately tested positive for Covid. It’s been a scary time dealing with such a strong virus and the complications that can come with it.
AEW will be holding live episodes of Dynamite and Rampage next Wednesday and Friday from the same venue in Washington, D.C.
