Earlier in the day, Khan confirmed the show would be going ahead with WarnerMedia giving Khan permission to run the show, which technically airs at the same time as AEW Rampage on TNT that night.

The tag match joins the previously announced matches with Bandido vs. Jonathan Gresham for the ROH Championship and Alex Zayne vs. Shane β€œSwerve” Strickland.

The Briscoes won the ROH tag titles for the twelfth time in December by defeating Matt Taven & Mike Bennett at Final Battle in Baltimore, Maryland. After the match, FTR made a surprise appearance and attacked The Briscoes.
