G1 Challenge to POSTmarks

To my fello POST marks:
The G1 starts Saturday and after over eating for 4 days during my Sisters Wedding weekend I couldn’t use a springboard more to workout.

I’ve noted here in the past I worked out last year during the G1 - watching matches on the treadmill and waking up early for shows where I’d watch at the gym.

Well here we are again and I’m challenging whoever wants to join me to spend the next 2 months clanging and banging with me. Look at it this way - the guys we’re about to watch for 2 months are going to put their bodies thru hell. So what’s 30/40 min a day for us?

I’m posting this to challenge you as I’m challenging myself but also to hold myself accountable. If I think it, it won’t be as powerful as if I say it aloud. So here I am. It’s G1 Climax time, lets do the work.
