Glad to hear you guys were as turned off by the Naito/YH match as I was, especially after being pleasantly surprised by Yoshi Hashi’s previous match. I loathed it but was shocked to see pretty high ratings on Grappl and Cagematch.

In addition to the super laconic pace I just don’t get the logic of Yoshi Hashi working most of the match in control. Even the people who actually like him like him because he’s an underdog perpetually fighting from beneath. I know that Goto’s injury’s necessitated some padding in the B block but giving Yoshi freakin’ Hashi almost twenty minutes of easily obtained control over your double champ is insane and weakens Naito.
