As we near the half-way mark for this year’s G1 today’s results present some interesting implications. Both Chase Owens and Hirooki Goto went to 0-4 today, making the maximum theoretical points they could achieve be 10. Owens has already lost to Cobb so, with Cobb going to 8 points today, if Cobb earns 2 more points in the tournament then Owens is mathematically eliminated. Similarly, Goto has lost to both Cobb and Okada (who each have eight points) so if either Cobb or Okada earn two more points then Goto is mathematically eliminated.
Kate from Montreal still leads the POST Wrestling C-Block but not alone and Vivienne Murray is continuing her Ibushi-like ascent!
