On one hand I think Tessa competing with the men makes the women’s division look bad as it creates this idea that the women’s division isn’t good enough for the top woman in the company but on one other hand I think that you can’t have Tessa go back to the women’s division without a big victory against a male wrestler because that’d create the idea that she thought she was too good for the women’s division and is now coming back with her tail between her legs so I guess they need to continue with Tessa vs. Men going forward. In my opinion the best thing to do would be for her to get her big win against Callihan and then return to the women’s division. After that, push the whole women’s division more in order to put more focus on Tessa.
