Christian Cage is scheduled to defend the IMPACT World Championship against Ace Austin at Victory Road on September 18th. During tonight’s IMPACT on AXS, it was made official that on next week’s program, Tommy Dreamer and Austin will go one-on-one and if Dreamer wins, he’ll be added to the title match at Victory Road.
On the BTI show, TJP returned to action for IMPACT. He had been away since June after suffering a broken nose. He took on Steve Maclin in his return match.

As the feud between Matt Cardona and Rohit Raju continues, a challenge was issued for the 9/2 IMPACT on AXS. Chelsea Green wants to team with Cardona to take on Rohit and Mahabali Shera.

The reigning X Division Champion Josh Alexander is hosting an open challenge next week. The challenger has to be a former X Division Champion.
During her backstage promo segment, Brandi Lauren was kidnapped by Su Yung and Kimber Lee. Lauren made her return to IMPACT on the 8/15 show and fell in defeat to Melina.
