IWGP Heavyweight vs IWGP IC (Winner takes All)

G1 Climax 29 winner Kota Ibushi has suggested in a recent press conference that should he win the IWGP Heavyweight Championship at Wrestle Kingdom 14 (Night 1) on Jan 4th 2020 that he would then like to face the IWGP Intercontinental Champion (whoever that may be) in a winner takes all match on Jan 5th (Night 2)at the Tokyo Dome.

But first he’s willing to put up his contract for the right to face the IWGP Heavyweight Champion on January 4th against the two men that handed him his only defeats in the G1; KENTA & EVIL respectively.

While not official as of yet it’'s certainly an exciting proposition for the biggest event of New Japan’s year.

Ugh…I see that as a way to surprise people by Naito not winning the G1 and thinking he wont win both titles, but in the end, getting around to it anyway.
