Jake Lee and former 4-time Triple Crown Heavyweight Champion Kento Miyahara met in the finals of the 2021 Champion Carnival tournament.
For the fourth Champion Carnival in a row, Miyahara made it to the finals. He lost in 2020 and in 2018 but it was in 2019 that Miyahara defeated Jake Lee to win the tournament. In their recent match-up, Lee bested Miyahara to win his first Champion Carnival.

The current Triple Crown Heavyweight Champion is Suwama who won the title in March of 2020. All Japan’s next show is May 16th and is titled ‘Champions Night’.
