Independent wrestling talent Lee Moriarty took to social media to share that his recent COVID-19 test came back positive. Moriarty was scheduled to compete for the ‘No Peace Underground’ promotion in Florida and their event is airing tonight on IWTV. Moriarty is not traveling due to the test results. He added that he does not have any symptoms and apologized to those who were looking forward to seeing him.

Please support @NoPeaceFL tonight on IWTV. Even if I wasn’t originally going to get the test myself they requested that I did. A lot of indie wrestling in Florida gets a bad rep but I believe they’re trying to do things right. Hopefully I’ll have another chance when it’s safe.❤️

Lee was featured on IMPACT Wrestling’s ‘Xpolision’ program and that opportunity came about by way of Alex Shelley who also helped Benjamin Carter and Tre’ Lamar get onto the program.

Last month at The Collective weekend in Indiana, Lee took on ACH at ‘For The Culture’ and Jonathan Gresham at Joey Janela’s Spring Break. Lee is a native of Pennsylvania and has been wrestling for several years.

On November 7th, former MLW World Heavyweight Champion Tom Lawlor announced that he tested positive for COVID and had to pull himself from a then-forthcoming Paradigm Pro Wrestling show.
