The main events for the next several episodes of NJPW Strong were pushed out last week and this week’s main event is an eight-man tag team elimination match. The current NJPW STRONG Openweight Champion Tom Lawlor is going to be leading his team into that eight-man with the #1 contender Chris Dickinson alongside him.
That 5/14 show will also see a tag team and a singles match that is going to kick off the show.

- Fred Rosser & Lio Rush vs. Hikuleo & El Phantasmo
- Brody King, Clark Connors, Karl Fredericks & TJP vs. Team Filthy (Tom Lawlor, JR Kratos, Chris Dickinson & Danny Limelight)

Dickinson will meet Lawlor for the Openweight Title on the 5/28 installment of NJPW Strong.
