Wai Ting & WH Park are joined by Karen Peterson to discuss Moon Knight Episode 4: “The Tomb” featuring one of the wildest conclusions to a Marvel Disney+ episode yet.

From its Indiana Jones-inspired tomb raiding to its Twilight Zone-like conclusion, the episode features some of the strongest direction thus far in the series, courtesy of Benson & Aaron Moorhead. We discuss the budding love triangle between Marc, Layla & Steven, the revelations of Marc’s dark history with the killing of Layla’s father, the comic inspirations behind the episode’s provocative final 10 minutes, and theories about where everything is headed as we head towards the series’ conclusion.

Episode 4 Synopsis:

Marc & Steven trek the Siwa Desert with Layla to find Ammit’s tomb, but the threats ahead look to protect the goddess’ resting place.
