Moxley to WWE, is there any truth?

Ive been hearing rumors latley that Jon Moxley has been off AEW TV since june because he secretly made a deal with Triple H to use an opt out clease in his contract to leave AEW where things would be “far diffrent” this time than his last in WWE.

Personaly I think hes just taken well needed/deserved rest right now and this is just BS. Does anyone else know about this?

Hahaha…

No.

He’s on vacation. The one he was supposed to take right after All Out 2022. He’s taking some well deserved time off.

He signed a five year deal in late summer 2022 as well. I don’t believe top stars would have an “opt out clause”.

I think the time away will make him far valuable to AEW, as fans will have a chance to miss him for a while.

That really sucks. Was hoping to see him back in WWE.

:joy:

Of course that’s how you feel this week Alex. It’ll change in a week of two I’m sure.

Oh because AEW is coming off such a disaster of a PPV…

Speak of the devil, hes back on TV!

In fairness, nobody ever criticizes AEW’s PPVs.

Yes there is. I’ve remarked on a few PPVs in the past only having two good matches. All In was a considerable step up from that.

I think the AEW PPVs this year have all been quite excellent, really showcasing incredible in ring talent.

I think the best show of the ysar was Dynasty. The card was just excellent (even without MJF, hard to imagine) all the matches delivered and then some. Ospreay v Danileson was one of the matches of the year to me.

I haven’t watched All In yet as I’m watching it with my cousin on Sunday so I’ll wait to comment on that, but I have to respectfully disagree with the other PPVs. I admit they have had their fair share of bad TV, but I almost always find their PPVs excellent.
