NJPW and Stardom held a presentation to go over its future plans and recent business markers.
NJPW listed its revenues for fiscal 2023 at 5.3 billion Yen ($35.6 million USD), which is approaching the pre-pandemic level of 5.4 billion Yen for fiscal 2019.
New Japan still has 34 events to run in 2023 with three international shows in London for Royal Quest III, Las Vegas for Fighting Spirit Unleashed, and Texas for Lone Star Shootout.
Pres. Ohbari begins with a look over the last four years. 2023 saw revenues reach 98% of pre-pandemic peak, but outside venue sales have developed hugely, and with fans returning to buildings in force, record highs are projected.

The company will add Taipei as a destination for a show next year. They have also the formation of an Asia Pacific Pro-Wrestling Alliance with promotions PUZZLE in Taiwan, DFW in China, and SETUP in Thailand.
In 2024, NJPW plans to tour the northern island of Hokkaido, which is an area that they have not run since 2013.
An updated version of NJPW World will launch on November 9 and include apps for iOS, Android, Roku, and Amazon along with offline play and HD streams.
New Japan and Stardom will hold another Historic X-Over event in 2024 following this past year’s event with the two Bushiroad groups.
For Stardom, they announced a big event for January 4 at Tokyo Dome City Hall at Noon local time before Wrestle Kingdom 18. Unlike previous years, Stardom stated it will not be part of this year’s Wrestle Kingdom card.
The January 4 event at Tokyo Dome City Hall will be headlined by an IWGP Women’s Championship match.
In 2023, Stardom ran 141 events with sales of 1.5 billion Yen ($10.1 million USD), which is up 50% from fiscal 2022 with steady growth since 2019 when the company generated sales of 200 million Yen ($1.34 million USD)
