Multiple matches and segments were announced for today’s installment of NWA Powerrr on FITE TV. The reigning NWA World Television Champion Da Pope is going to be defending his title against Matt Cross. Pope first won the title back in October of 2020. He has had three title defenses thus far and two have went to a time limit draw. His only victory was over Fred Rosser.
Thunder Rosa is set to go one-on-one with Kamille. The stipulation is that is whoever wins is next in line to challenge for the NWA World Women’s Title, but if Thunder Rosa loses, she can not wrestle anywhere outside of the National Wrestling Alliance.
NWA President Billy Corgan will address Strictly Business (Nick Aldis, Thom Latimer & Chris Adonis) on today’s show.
The program also features an NWA World Tag Team Title bout. The current champions Aron Stevens and J.R. Kratos will put their titles on the line against Fred Rosser and Marshe Rockett. In addition to that, Austin Idol and Tyrus are scheduled as well.
