NXT 2.0 rebounds from last week's numbers, finishes #31 on cable

After last week’s slide where NXT 2.0 fell outside the top fifty cable programs, the show rebounded this week and finished #31.

The November 23rd edition of the show averaged 625,000 viewers and 0.14 in the 18-49 demographic, according to Showbuzz Daily. Overall viewership was up by 9 percent and the 18-49 rating jumped 27 percent.

The L.A. Lakers vs. New York Knicks game topped the cable chart with 1,744,000 viewers and 0.63 in 18-49 on TNT and aired head-to-head with NXT.

The show was headlined by Carmelo Hayes defending the North American Championship against Johnny Gargano and Pete Dunne and included non-title matches between Tommaso Ciampa and Grayson Waller and Mandy Rose against Cora Jade.

They saw a major uptick in Males 18-49, which were up by 43 percent this week going from 0.14 to 0.20. Females 18-49 increased by 12.5 percent while Adults 18-34 dropped 14 percent to 0.06 this week.

NXT’s four-week average on the USA Network including this week’s show is 609,000 viewers and 0.14 in 18-49.

In Canada, the show averaged 42,000 viewers on Sportsnet 360, which is up from last week’s average of 31,000.
