Worst Male Wrestler - Joe Coffey. Get the fuck off of my screen. The only NXT wrestler, no the only wrestler on any television that I absolutely despise. He had the worst Takeover match (w/ Dunne) and has destroyed any interest in the next one. He is the albatross around NXT UK’s neck.
Worst Female Wrestler - Has to be Vanessa Bourne. When Aliyah is the workhorse of the team, it has to be Vanessa Bourne.
Worst Tag Team - Gallus. They are better than Joe. They can still fuck off.
Worst on the mic - Mia Yim.
Worst match - Tie. All Joe Coffey matches. If I have to specify, Coffey/Dunne - Takeover Blackpool.
Worst call up to main roster - Taking into account potential, Aleister Black. He sat in a room for 6 months.
Have to mention Gargano/Ciampa as well. Right when their several year feud is coming to a head, they get called up as a tag team.
Worst ring-gear - Heel Io Shirai. I like the idea of a complete redesign after going evil, but I don’t like the execution.
Worst segment - Tie. Every time Joe Coffey was on the screen.
Little known fact about me: I don’t like Joe Coffey.
You didn’t make this a category but, Most Improved would have to go with Rhea Ripley. I did not like this new gimmick in the MYC2. Much like when Jay White became the Switchblade, it felt very much like she was playing a character, rather than being that character. But over the year that has faded and by the end of her UK run, she was ready to make the move to NXT Classic. And she killed it.
