Earlier this year, Blair Davenport suffered a leg injury during her NXT UK Women’s Championship match against Meiko Satomura. A vignette aired on the 6/16 NXT UK to promote her return.

Newly crowned NXT UK Tag Team Champions Oliver Carter and Ashton Smith will have their first title defense on 6/23 when they take on NXT 2.0’s Brooks Jensen and Josh Briggs, who’ll be accompanied to the ring by Fallon Henley.
Next week’s program is also going to feature the NXT UK debut of Sarray. She’ll be facing Nina Samuels in singles competition.

The final segment of this week’s program saw Trent Seven ambush Tyler Bate. The duo had been teaming since 2015. Descension between the two began when they lost the NXT UK Tag Team Titles.
