I also hate calling wrestlers “Sports Entertainers”. I have no problem using Sports Entertainment as a catch all for what the WWE does but the people in the ring are professional wrestlers. They are wrestling. The show itself is Sports Entertainment but the matches in the ring are professional wrestling, stop being ashamed of the product you put out - people might take it more seriously if you stop trying to sell them on the idea that what you do isn’t that carny shit.
