**New Japan Pro Wrestling issued a statement regarding Tama Tonga and citing his “inappropriate conduct”:

NJPW takes actions taken by our wrestlers seriously. In light of recent inappropriate conduct by Tama Tonga including SNS usage, the company has decided to take disciplinary actions against said wrestlers, and will issue updated guidelines to all wrestlers.

The statement doesn’t specifically mention his interaction with a fan on Sunday’s card from Osaka. Tonga jumped the guardrail and got into the face of a fan, who was said to have been heckling, and Tonga proceeded to grab him by the throat. Fraser Marriott, who was seated close by and was on our G1 podcast afterward, indicated this was not a plant in the crowd and was legitimate. The statement seems to cover various ground, including social media use as representatives of the company.

Should just make Nikki Bella the next Bachelorette imo.

Does this renewal imply Bryan Danielson will remain Daniel Bryan?
