POST WRESTLING CAFÉ
This Tuesday, John Pollock & Wai Ting will present Small Talk for Double Double, Iced Capp & Espresso members of the Café as a special bonus for those members. This is a miniature version of TALK where the two dive into a subject, usually non-wrestling related, and discuss the state of the website, and a catch up on their personal lives.
On Friday night, Rewind-A-SmackDown is live at 11 p.m. ET following Friday Night SmackDown and AEW Rampage. John & Wai will review both shows and then, open the phone lines to discuss any news items from the past week and check in with various members of the Café.
We will have a separate Café exclusive show on Sunday night at 8 p.m. ET with John & Wai reviewing Wrestle Kingdom 17 – Part 2 with the NJPW vs. NOAH showdown at Yokohama Arena. On the same show, they will also cover the main events from the Great Muta “Final Bye Bye” event and New Beginning in Nagoya shows taking place that day. This show will be available live and on-demand for all Café members.
All POST Wrestling Café members have access to the weekly bonus shows, archives going back to 2017 including 123 editions of Rewind-A-Wai and live access to Rewind-A-SmackDown each Friday night.

This Sunday at 1 p.m. ET, Phil Chertok makes a special return with Eric Marcotte to review the UFC 283 card from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil with two title fights on the bill. The vacant light heavyweight title will be awarded to the winner of Glover Teixeira vs. Jamahal Hill, and the fourth fight between Deiveson Figueiredo and Brandon Moreno takes place for the UFC Flyweight Championship.
Plus, The Wellness Policy returns this Thursday at 3 p.m. ET and will be chatting about the topic of “Anxiety”.
