I got tired of Charlotte because of the “Triple H booking” she gets. Heel or face doesn’t matter once the bell rings, her matches are always a bit too long, and she wins when the fans want her to lose (and not in a “good heat” way). She is a big deal that’s not a big deal because she’s always just there, turning fresh matchups into triple threat matches.
So while hopefully the time away does her some good, I can’t imagine her return being anything more than resuming her current role. Would love to be wrong about that, because I think she’s an exceptional worker who can have good matches with any of the other top women.
