The ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champion is remaining with the company.

Dating back to May of 2020, Brian Cage has been with All Elite Wrestling. Present day, in addition to being a member of the AEW roster, Cage is also on the Ring of Honor roster and is one-third of the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions with Kaun and Toa Liona.

It was reported by Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select that Cage re-signed with AEW this week.

Cage was in action at Supercard of Honor alongside The Embassy and they successfully defended their Six-Man Tag Titles.

More proof that WWE/Endeavor are not going to be signing any significant talents anytime soon. There were rumours that HHH wanted him. AEW has done so little with him so he must not have had many options

I’m glad he resigned.

I know Wai thinks he’s a top guy but he’s just Lucha spots on a big frame, with no psychology (even by AEW standards). A little disappointed because they’ve done nothing with him, so what’s even the point?

Cage is somebody who I don’t think would be missed at all if he left. He’s solid. But at the end of the day feels like a Create-A-Wrestler I would have made on PS2.

The ceiling is clear on his ability. He’s a solid hand, but I don’t see him being somebody that is untapped.

He comes off to me like a better version of Madcap Moss, very talented, but missing something character wise.

Yup. He seems to lack that IT factor
