I missed the show. How did they explain Kingston getting knocked out cold from sparklers? Did they address that part?

They did. Eddie said in a vignette that he basically had an anxiety attack, thinking back about the time he thought he was gonna be sent to prison. The entire vignette was pretty good because Mox & Eddie really talked their way out of that fiasco (“Impact paid for the bomb”) and it felt natural, like two buddies shooting the breeze in a bar.

Nice! That’s the route I was hoping they took as it would be the only explanation that would make sense.
I’m glad they dug themselves out of that hole.

Definitely like the directions they went on the show. Though the stuff with Cristian didn’t feel hot enough following the Moxley and Kingston stuff. I feel like he needed to talk or truly lay Kenny out.

That said the MJF stable feels like a good decision for all involved especially Spears. He will work great as the bottom tier guy in the stable, just being a thug for MJF rather than a truly focused performer as he feels like the 3rd most important singles guy there.

When John & Wai were discussing the Matt Hardy segment & him losing all his money I was waiting for John to make a joke about him becoming ‘Broke’ Matt Hardy.
Missed opportunity John😉

Pretty sure this happened on one of our shows last week.

That makes sense,
I didn’t listen to avoid spoilers.

I’m happy John made the joke then :slightly_smiling_face:
