Anyone else worried about Ripley on the main roster? Bad promo and then a match that fell apart with Asuka. She’s also slotted in a really odd position as a heel champ below Charlotte
To be fair, pretty much everyone who’ve had a match on RAW on Monday had an off night. I would be way more outraged about the booking of the finish of Nia/Shayna vs Mandy/Dana match than I would’ve been for the Fiend/Orton finish (at least, Alexa Bliss’ promo provided a solid explanation for her motivation behind her actions at Mania).
But yeah, Charlotte shoehorned in this feud with Asuka & Rhea hopefully isn’t a bad omen for Rhea. Although to me, it’s worrisome that she couldn’t have a good match with Asuka, considering Asuka has good chemistry with pretty much everyone.
The way Pollock read of Alexa’s promo was hilarious. I bet he is a brilliant as telling bedtime stories.
