I think Joe has been ready for a top title for ages now, pretty much as soon as he got called up. I expect AJ/Joe to be great and something you could continue after Summerslam.

Really do hope they put the title on Joe. Do think a change is needed, AJ should’ve lost it months ago to Nakamura in my opinion. Raw’s main event scene being a total disaster has meant people not minding SmackDown’s champion just being okay.

After a few months of AJ/Joe I hope they have Joe feud with Almas. They don’t really have to babyface Joe either. Just have don’t have him shit on the crowd or pander to the crowd and keep everything else the same. Joe’s character can easily go against heels or baby faces in my opinion.
