John Pollock is joined by guest co-hosts Phil Chertok & Eric Marcotte to review Affliction: Banned from the Honda Center in Anaheim on July 19th, 2008 headlined by Fedor Emelianenko vs. Tim Sylvia for the WAMMA Heavyweight Championship.

We discuss the legacy of Affliction that only ran two events before shutting down, some enormous purse figures, Donald Trump’s involvement, some excellent fights on the debut event, a show-long Megadeth concert infused, UFC runs a Fight Night event as counter-programming, and MMA fashion hits its zenith in 2008.

This edition of the Rewind-A-Wai is presented by Espresso Executive Producer, Brandon from New Jersey.

I liked those first two Hellboy movies. No Affliction present, but certainly too much Jeffrey Tambor all things considered.
