John Pollock & Wai Ting review WWE WrestleMania 19 featuring Brock Lesnar vs. Kurt Angle, Hulk Hogan vs. Mr. McMahon, and Steve Austin vs. The Rock in Austin’s final match.

The card also included a Mania classic between Chris Jericho vs. Shawn Michaels, Undertaker in a handicap match, and a controversial outcome from Triple H vs. Booker T.

Plus: Circumstances surrounding Steve Austin’s hospitalization the night prior, the status of Kurt Angle’s neck, Lesnar’s failed Shooting Star Press, the event’s disappointing buyrate, a deep dive into Limp Bizkit’s “Crack Addict”, and much more.

Loved this show, just like from the previous universe and 3 hours of good content was good to get through a night shift, 1 of my favorite Manias because of that backdrop of Safeco field which is a good stadium in MLB The Show. For next week when I saw TLC 2011 & Air Boom in the opening match I remembered that’s the show that featured that great photo with AEW’s Matt Sydal, CM Punk, Bryan Danielson and Cody

I just listened to this episode recently. Hell of a review.

In regards to the Cat Fight Girls’ future stints, The Onion Movie was based on the Onion news satire site, not a movie about onions.
