Fénix will not be in action.

House of Glory is running their Cinco de Mayo event from the NYC EventSpace in Jamaica, New York. The headlining match was going to be Penta El Zero Miedo going one-on-one with his brother Rey Fénix.

Penta appeared in front of the crowd and revealed to them that Fénix is not medically cleared to compete. Filling in for him in the main event will be Laredo Kid.

After being sidelined since October, Fénix returned to in-ring action on the 4/27 episode of AEW Collision. He picked up a win over The Beast Mortos.

As more information becomes available regarding Fénix’s status, we’ll update you here on POST Wrestling.

Sounds like he won’t be cleared for the Vancouver Collision show

Of course, zero matches have been so far announced for a show with 6,000 tickets sold so yeah…
