Mustafa Ali and Cedric Alexander are on Ricochet’s WrestleMania opponent list.

The 38th installment of WWE’s annual WrestleMania event is scheduled to commence on April 1st from AT&T Stadium. There have been 11 matches announced across both nights so far, but the newly crowned Intercontinental Champion Ricochet has not been confirmed for a spot on either night.

Ricochet spoke about that when he went live on Instagram with WWE Deutschland. He listed off names like Apollo Crews, Mustafa Ali and Cedric Alexander as names he’d like to share the ring with at WrestleMania.

There’s so many — if I had a list of people, I mean it’s crazy Ali would be a good one. Obviously, Rey Mysterio would be a good one, Seth Rollins would be a good one. I mean there’s so many people, there’s so many guys.

Rey Mysterio was included on Ricochet’s list and he feels that there is a story to tell between him and Rey that could lead to a singles program. Ricochet feels that same about AJ Styles, adding that their on-screen program just stopped before Styles moved on. He said there’s more story to be told between him and Styles.

I wish we had more longevity with that but, yeah, I think that there’s more longevity there and I still do. I still feel like especially, there’s so much more story to be told with me and Rey Mysterio, there’s so much story that can be told with me and AJ, there’s so much story that can be told there and I feel like we’ll get there eventually but, especially those two nowadays. I feel like with the type of offense we all have and with the type of wrestler that we are, I feel like there’s just a bunch of story that we could tell there. But yeah, those three probably come to mind, just for — that’d be awesome, yeah.

Ricochet will be lucky to get onto the card. Maybe that idea to team with Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods against Sheamus’ gang.

To be fair, he’d able to go into that match with no pressure, because

“I’ve already won…”

Ricochet should just challenge people who are already in matches and that will then cause the authority figures to book matches with him against said people to be included at Mania.

We’re telling stories pal. We make movies

That’s makes the most sense to me….If we can get some Ricochet vs “Butch” on the pre show, I’ll be happy.
