Ring of Honor announced via their official Twitter account that Bandido has inked a new deal with the company. Bandido has been with Ring of Honor for a year-and-a-half. In late 2018, the news was first reported by LuchaBlog that Bandido signed with ROH and was slated to begin with the company in 2019.

The 24-year old Bandido debuted for ROH on January 12th of 2019 and he went on to join the LifeBlood stable that originally consisted of himself, Juice Robinson, David Finlay, Tracy Williams, Mark Haskins and Tenille Dashwood. Haskins, Williams, Bandido and PJ Black are the current members of the group. In 2019, through Ring of Honor’s partnership with New Japan Pro-Wrestling, Bandido competed in the Best Of the Super Juniors tournament and finished 6th place in the B block.

Last month, Bandido defeated fellow ROH star Jeff for the PWG World Championship. Both Cobb and Bandido were a part of ROH’s Final Battle pay-per-view in December on-which Bandido teamed with Flamita who signed a one-year deal with ROH in November.

Bandido is scheduled for Ring of Honor’s weekend of events that starts with their Center Stage show in Atlanta tonight where he, Flamita and Rey Horus will be facing Marty Scurll, PCO and Flip Gordon of Villain Enterprises in a six-man tag team match.

I sure hope ROH can bounce back. Been a pretty hardcore fan since 2006 and this is by far the coldest they have been.
