Ronda Rousey made an unexpected appearance at the Ring of Honor tapings on Friday night in California.

One night after wrestling for Pro Wrestling Revolver, the former UFC women’s bantamweight champion appeared at the KIA Forum and wrestled a match, which will presumably be airing.

Rousey appeared as a mystery partner for Marina Shafir and took on ROH Women’s Champion Athena & Billie Starkz – a rematch from the night before at Pro Wrestling Revolver.

Tony Khan posted a message about the match on X but didn’t reveal Rousey’s name.

Ronda vs Athena at Final Battle would be a very interesting experiment to draw attention to the Honorclub only show.

We’ll see how long Rousey of Honor lasts. I’m sure working with Marina and Athena and such is more her speed.

At least they put her on the show that will draw the most eyes. Oh wait…

It’s clever. Don’t put her on Full Gear and tease a match for a title and she looks like she did in WWE.

Let her build up if she’s willing to. It shows she’s not all about the limelight and money. Maybe she actually enjoys it and can build something and come to the main roster in 12 months time. I like it
